We offer various shipping options based on your preferred courier. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Please note, shipping time is in addition to the processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and once item is dispatched

Delays and Issues: While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur.If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us directly with your order number for assistance ASAP. If your order is marked as received and this is not the case, please reach out to us within 7 days, or the recipt date to query, or this will no longer be valid after this period has passed.
Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
