1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Made-to-Order and Personalised Items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To start the return process:

• We will provide you with return instructions.

• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
