Returns & exchanges accepted – contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return within 28 days.
No cancellations, but please contact us if there's an issue.
Custom/personalised items, perishable goods, digital downloads, and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Buyers cover return postage and are responsible for items returned in original condition.
Buyers are also responsible for any customs or import taxes. We are not liable for customs delays.
